Chair: The Chair of the Executive Leadership Team will guid the Executive Leadership Team to assume general oversight of the project from the beginning to the completion of the project. This includes being aware of the technical, legal and financial aspects of the projects, along with all the local organizing campaigns. SolarNation will support the Chair and the Executive Leadership Team throughout the duration of the project.

Secretary: The Secretary will be responsible to keep records of the Executive Leadership Team’s meetings and decisions for public transparency.

Organizer Field Team Director: The Organizer Field Team Director will lead the Organizer Field Team to staff and coordinate the various volunteer led campaigns designed to activate a local community to identify and recruit the project micro-investors and the electricity subscribers.

Investor Field Team Director: The Investor Field Director will guide the Investor Field Team to develop and execute a 3-4 month crowdfunding campaign to identify, engage and recruit community-based project micro-investors.

Subscriber Field Team Director: The Subscriber Field Team Director will lead the Subscriber Field Team to plan and execute a strategy to subscribe the solar project to 120% capacity.

Communications Team Director: The Communications Team Director will oversee the Communications Team to design and execute a multifaceted communications strategy to support the various organizing campaigns.

Technical Team Director: The Technical Team Director will oversee the Technical Team whose role will be to research and inform the Executive Leadership Committee on all the technical aspects of the solar projects.
