Options that are right for you
Customers that purchase and operate their own solar-electric systems, typically pay little up-front cash, receive payback on their entire investment within five years, and receive over twenty years of free power, drastically reducing operating expenses and adding to the value of their facilities. Credit-worthy organizations that are not interested in owning, maintaining, operating, a solar-electric system, that simply cannot place the cost of on their balance sheets, or that are not tax-paying entities, can have a Third-Party Owned system installed and can then buy electrical power at a steep discount.

Customer Owned
Tax-paying customers that can take direct advantage of the available incentives can usually buy a system in a balance sheet transaction with little or no cash up front, receiving payback on their investment in the first five years.
Third-Party Owned
Tax-exempt organizations and companies that cannot put the cost of a system on their balance sheets can have a system installed under a power purchase agreement (PPA) with a third party, which requires no investment.
